Caulking & Sealant Replacement - We recommend the removal and replacement of damaged caulking/sealant on an annual basis. We have clients that due to their intense wash-down schedule insist we come out on a semi-annual basis to ensure each room is sealed properly to avoid bacteria, listeria and mold growth in their processing facilities.
Trim Replacement - We recommend the removal and replacement of damaged, frozen, rusted, or just plain old trim on an annual basis to prevent condensation issues as well as bacteria growth behind the wall surface. We not only replace the necessary trim, we also ensure a proper vapor barrier is installed to ensure no future condensation occurs.
Insulated Panel Repair/Replacement - We have become experts at repairing panel damage. Whether it is an employee that has just knocked down half of an insulated panel wall with a fork lift or a contractor has drilled his holes in the wrong spot.........we've seen and fixed it all.
